About Me
Hey you!
I believe that everything we need is already within us. However, in today’s fast-paced world, with its rapidly growing society, parenting methods, and countless other factors, it can be hard to look inward. What truly brings you joy? How are you really feeling? Which people truly add value to your life? How can I bring out the best in myself? These are the kinds of fascinating questions I regularly ask myself.
My mission is to create a safe space for others, where they can use breathwork to go inward and reconnect with their body and mind. It’s about feeling into your body instead of just existing in your head. Alongside this, I’m passionate about inspiring others in the areas of lifestyle, mindset, and health.
"Everything you need is already within you."
Who am I?
I am a strong, caring woman who focuses a lot on feeling into my body. For a long time, I was only focused on my head—setting goals in all areas of my life: sports, ice baths, work, and personal matters. Until I reached the point of overtraining and had no choice but to listen to my body.
What really helped me, besides rest, is breathwork. I began incorporating it daily, from short moments to longer sessions. I went from always needing to understand everything with my head to learning how to feel and accept. You don’t always need to know where something comes from; sometimes, it just needs to be felt. This insight has allowed me to trust my feelings more and listen to my body and mind. I’m rediscovering myself and forging new connections.
I also love working with lifestyle, mindset, and health. I regularly reflect on what I value in life, what I really want, and what’s important to me. How do you set goals? How do you make sure you reach them? What kind of nutrition works for me? How much can my body handle?
To me, these processes are dynamic—they can change. With new knowledge, experiences, lessons, or even changing needs, we can make different choices. The most important first step is awareness of the process.
I also love inspiring others in the areas of lifestyle, mindset, and health on social media. Sharing and connecting with others is something that brings me joy.
