Breathwork at Your Retreat or Event
Make your retreat or event truly complete with an inspiring breathwork session. The breath can make a huge difference for your participants in various ways. It helps connect them with their bodies in a safe space, allowing room for feelings, memories, relaxation, gratitude, and trauma. Our bodies are so much more intelligent than we think, and being present with the breath can bring awareness, healing, insights, and gratitude.
A Breathwork Session
The breath is the remote control or steering wheel of your entire system. By consciously altering your breath, you can influence both body and mind, and vice versa. Before the session, I provide an introduction to breathwork, explaining what it is, how it works, and most importantly, what they can expect. It’s essential to create a safe space for participants, and this starts with a clear understanding of what we’ll be doing.
Then, they can safely embark on a breath journey, reconnecting with the body—the place where everything is already present. After the session, we hold a "sharing circle," where I often say: "sharing is healing." Being there for one another, listening to experiences, and offering physical support through hugs and kind words.
Breathwork on Location
Whether in an intimate small setting or a larger event, breathwork can be integrated. I offer this both in the Netherlands and on Ibiza. We can also tailor the session to address specific themes from your retreat or event. Let's connect to discuss the possibilities and create an incredible session for your participants.
Online Breathwork Session
For online businesses or communities, I also offer breathwork sessions via Zoom. These sessions begin with an in-depth explanation of breathwork and what participants can expect, all from the comfort of their own home. After the session, we also hold an online "sharing circle," and I personally check in with each participant afterward to see how they felt and what their experience was.
